Lead Time

Most orders ship within approximately 3 to 4 weeks unless otherwise noted.

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped via UPS ground. Expedited shipping via UPS may be available for an extra fee. Expedited shipping will not expedite production time. Delivery times vary depending on recipient location, items are shipped from New Jersey. We are unable to ship internationally or to PO Boxes at this time.

Returns

Art is not eligible for return, all sales are final.


FURNITURE & DECOR

Slate Custom's curated collections are available for purchase via SideDoor, our procurement partner. After you place your order with SideDoor, they handle everything and arrange delivery of your item directly from the manufacturer. Prices shown include free curbside shipping, white glove delivery is available for an additional charge. All sales are final, unless item is damaged in transit. STATIONERY & PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Lead Time

Most orders ship within approximately 14-21 business days after final proof approval unless otherwise noted. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Production time begins the first business day after your order is placed. Digital proofs for stationery add 1-3 business days to production time. Change requests also add to production time. Please note orders cannot be changed or cancelled after proof approval is received.

Please review your personalization and order details before submitting your order. Check spelling, names and dates carefully. Please email us if you have questions regarding personalization prior to placing your order. Once orders are placed, they may not be changed or cancelled. Monogrammed/personalized items are not eligible for return, all sales are final.
